At Gulf Traders, we aim to deliver your purchases promptly, safely, and with complete transparency.
1. Delivery Areas
We provide shipping within the countries/regions we operate in From Kuwait City, Jahra, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al Kabeer, to Ahmadi. We do not offer international shipping; all orders are fulfilled within Kuwait only.
2. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During peak sales periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Options & Charges
We offer multiple shipping methods with clear delivery timelines and applicable charges shown at checkout before payment.
- Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2–5 business days and FREE Delivery for orders over 30 KWD. (Note: If orders below 30 KWD – flat price 1.350 KWD)
- Express Delivery: Delivered within 1–2 business days. 2 KWD Standard Delivery fee for all orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather or public holidays.
4. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can check its status.
5. Delivery Address Changes
You may request an address update within 2 hours of placing an order. Once the order is dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Heavy Items Delivery
Certain bulky or heavy items (e.g., generators) may require special handling. Delivery for such items will be coordinated directly with you to ensure safe and convenient arrival. In some cases, additional delivery time may be required.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional shipping charge.
8. Delivery Issues
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If any damage, missing items, or issues are noticed, report them to our support team(@gulftraders.com) within 12 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us through phone. After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return request.
10. Customer Responsibilities
