All transactions are processed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a variety of secure payment options including credit/debit cards, KNET, and other local payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
- COD Service Charge:
For some orders or orders below 20 KWD, a small additional fee (displayed at checkout) may apply to cover cash handling and courier costs. This fee, if applicable, will always be shown clearly before order confirmation.
2. Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through trusted payment processors with encryption safeguards to protect your financial information.
3. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is successfully authorized, you’ll receive an order confirmation with a summary of your purchase details and billing information.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment cannot be processed (e.g., insufficient funds or incorrect card details), you will be notified to retry or choose another payment method.
5. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after placement. Cancellations within this timeframe receive a 100% refund to the original payment method. Refunds for returns are processed within 1 business day (24 hours) after inspection and approval.
6. Billing Accuracy
Ensure your billing information is accurate at checkout. Orders with mismatched or incorrect details may be delayed or cancelled for security reasons.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or face payment issues, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We’ll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Fraud Protection
To protect you and our business, we conduct automatic screenings. In rare cases, we may contact you for verification before completing the order.
9. Customer Data Privacy
Your personal and payment information is always kept confidential. We do not store, share, or sell any sensitive financial details.
