Refund & Return Policy

At Gulf Traders, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 business days (Saturday–Thursday) from the date of delivery or purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after the specified period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Return Options

You can return your product through the following methods:

  • In-Person Return
    Visit our location at: Shuwaikh Industrial, Kuwait
  • Pickup Request
    For large or bulky items, our team can arrange a pickup service (additional charges may apply).

Please contact our support team before initiating any return.

3. Return Charges

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Gulf Traders will cover all return or pickup costs.
  • If the return is due to incorrect order, change of mind, or compatibility issues, the customer will bear the return shipping or pickup charges.

4. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and not installed
  • Returned in original packaging with all components
  • Free from damage, wear, or modifications

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 12 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Email details along with your order reference to: gulftraderskwt@gmail.com

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via phone or email
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day (Saturday–Thursday)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 14 business days

If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the price difference.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible
  • In such cases, the request will be treated under the standard return policy

10. Processing Timeline

  • Returns are typically reviewed within 2 business days after receiving the item
  • Customers will be updated throughout the process
